We will call, on average, one to two times per week on your office.
We do not schedule specific days to call for your office. When you are first set up, we will take a look at the number of patients on your overdue patient list and plan the calling accordingly.
We will call through your list one time every month. Which days we call and how often we call are determined by your office hours and the number of patients left on your list. We try to space things out to avoid over-calling patients, but still try to get through that list every month. On average, this ends up being once or twice a week. However, it can be more or less.
