Expand and Minimize Portal Sections

Whether you have a large amount of report information, are viewing a wide range of dates, or have multiple services, minimized sections make viewing your report easier.

How to minimize or expand a portal section

To open or close a portal section, all you need to do is click on the section title. The arrow Screen Shot 2020-01-10 at 10.38.34 AMicon next to the title will indicate whether or not a section is closed.

When you first log into your portal, all sections will be open by default. When the section is open, you will be able to view all of the information regarding calls for that section. 


Scrolling through portal sections

If you have a portal section open and would like to scroll past that section you can:

  1. Click on the section title to close the section
  2. Move your mouse outside of the section (to the side, top, or bottom of the page) and continue to scroll.
