Our team members are able to assist and schedule your patients on the spot by remoting into your practice's computer. Every so often, RemotePC has connectivity issues. If you have noticed notes in your reports saying that the RemotePC is offline, you may need to reconnect or redownload the software on your computer. Click below for a step by step guide on how to do each of the following.
