You can export all of your report data from the CallForce Portal.
As of January 2020, the CallForce Portal allows for the download of all report information. To do this, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your customer portal at portal.getcallforce.com and log in.
- On the top right of your portal report, click on the calendar icon. Select the date range for which you would like to export data.
- On the top right of your portal report, click on the download icon. This will download a file to your desktop.
- Click on the downloaded file in your downloads folder to open up the CSV file on your computer.
If you have multiple offices or are using multiple CallForce services, you can also filter the data by selecting a specific office or a specific service and then following the same steps listed above.
